Client: Ovalsoul is a collaborative project combining the talents of
two respected music producers with appearances by various live musicians.
Brief: The aim was to create an image for the project and to promote its
debut release, titled 'EP: 1'. The website was to provide information and a point of contact for fans.
The band logo, site and EP cover must be electrifying,
modern, and must capture the feel of the music. The only media supplied is the 3D 'boxman' model.
Tasks: Logo design, web site interface design & construction, flash menus, EP inlay & CD design.

EP designs:
Client: Reaction Records' hot new signing is Serotone. This band is a highly talented 5 piece rock band from Ayr. Featuring a blend of melodic soundscapes and gritty metal riffs, Serotone are set to take the UK by storm in 2007!
Brief: The web site's main role is to promote the band's debut album 'Moment of Transparency'. The design was to to match the look and feel of the pre-designed album cover.
The next stage is to move the traffic from the band's massive Myspace following onto the site. As the band are constantly in the studio it is difficult to get content from them for the site. As a result the decision was made to install admin areas to allow the band full control of the site. This is currently being implemented and will go live in time for the band's 2007 tour.

Client: Rico is a self styled industrial solo artist, music producer, and owner of Manufractured record label. He has had chart topping success in the UK and has collaborated with artists such as Tricky and Gary Numan.
Brief: Rico had achieved a cult following with the success of his debut album 'Sanctuary Medicines'. His web site had a massive user base and a thriving community.
To promote the second album, 'Violent Silences', Rico needed his site to be completely redesigned in order to be consistent with the promotional material and inlays for the new CD. In addition, the existing content was to be reorganised and new content added.

Client: Romulus is one of the UK's leading Business Intelligence consultancies, specialising in management reporting and data warehousing. It's also Scotland's premier Cognos partner, enabling them to deliver world-class solutions to a broad range of businesses north and south of the border.
Brief: The company required a modern looking web site with a catchy flash interface. The site was to be a brochureware project, and would contain information about all the Romulus products. It would also allow clients to make contact through the site. The only media provided was the 'compass' design.

Client: The Boston Deck company design and build superior Real American Style Timber Decks. In addition, they supply and fit the highest quality spas, hot tubs and gazebos.
Brief: A fresh, organic looking web site was requested. This site was to showcase the extensive portfolio, display the catalogue and obtain new business. The portfolio must be updatable via an admin interface.

Client: Graham Welsh is a well known violin luthier in Ayrshire.
He has his own violin restoration workshop, a large selection of violins and violin accessories.
Brief:The client required a large and varied web site which would allow him to showcase and sell both violins and accessories direct though the site. In addition, he would maintain a thriving violin community via a bulletin board, and user updatable links section.
Tasks: Graphic design, web site interface design & construction, Perl admin area to manage content, Perl and Javascript based violin gallery and browser. Installation and modification of scripts (store, links, bulletin board).
